When You Run an Accessibility Scan

When you use the free website scanner, I collect:

  • The URL you submit - So I can scan your website
  • Your email address (optional) - Only if you choose to receive your scan results via email
  • Basic analytics - What pages you visit, how long you stay, general location (city/state level, not precise)

I do NOT collect: Credit card information, passwords, personal identification numbers, or any sensitive data from your website.

When You Contact Me

If you fill out a contact form or book a consultation call, I collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if you provide it)
  • Your message or inquiry
  • Your website URL (if relevant)

How Long I Keep Your Information

  • Scan results: 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • Contact form submissions: Kept until the inquiry is resolved, then deleted within 1 year
  • Client project data: Kept for the duration of the project plus 2 years for warranty/support purposes
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 90 days

Third-Party Services I Use

To operate this website and provide services, I use the following third-party tools:

Google Lighthouse API

Used to perform accessibility scans. When you submit a URL, it goes to Google's Lighthouse service to generate the report. Google may temporarily process the URL according to their own privacy policy.

Analytics Tools

I use privacy-focused analytics to understand site usage. These tools collect anonymized data about page views and user behavior.

Email Service Provider

If you opt to receive scan results via email, your email address is processed through my email service provider to deliver those results.

Payment Processors

If you hire me for services, payment is processed through secure third-party processors (like Stripe or PayPal). I never see or store your full credit card information.
